Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at a Left Hand Brewing Foundation event! By following the link above you can select various booth options, as well as add on additional rentals for tables, tents, and electricity if that is something you require.
Artisan Vendors - This price tier is expressly reserved for vendors who meet ALL of the following criteria:
- Local (Colorado owned and operated)
- Handmade - All products must be handmade. Bulk orders from suppliers of finished product are prohibited, including shirts, hats, and other garments. You are welcome at the show, but must purchase a commercial booth space.
- Micro-business (company must be 100% owned and operated by no more than two individuals)
Artisan Vendor booth spaces cannot be shared by more than one vendor. If you do wish to share a space for logistical reasons, thats fine, but BOTH vendors must register and pay for vendor space.
LHBF operates on an honor system. We are a 501c3 non-profit and do not have the resources to police every individual vendor. Please help us keep our booth prices low and our events successful by respecting our rules.
All booth spaces are a contribution to the Left Hand Brewing Foundation, a registered 501c3 non-profit, and are an integral part of our fundraising efforts to benefit our community.
Sales, sampling, or giveaways of food and beverage are prohibited. For more information on becoming a food or beverage vendor please email email@example.com
We have listed various booth options individually for Leftapalooza on May 16th, and Longmont Oktoberfest on Sept 18th and 19th. You are welcome to pay for one or both events at any time. The deadline to register for a booth is 7 days in advance of each event. (May 9th and Sept 11th respectively).
Each purchase of a booth space includes the duration of the entire event, in the case of Longmont Oktoberfest, all purchases are inclusive of both days of the event.
All LHBF events are rain or shine, and we ask that all of our booths are ready and set up prior to doors opening, and stay open through the duration of the event.
A full packet of event information including set-up times, tear-down times, parking, load-in, and venue maps will be supplied via email 1 week prior to the event.
